五、功能特點:本設(shè)備**于T5 T4支架的老練,通過對支架的高壓、常壓、低壓、漫游、沖擊高溫等電壓區(qū)的老練。根據(jù)歐美等不同地區(qū)電壓,可老化110V的支架。電壓調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬,動力系統(tǒng)采用變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng),操作方便。
六、基本配置和構(gòu)造:
1. 動力:電機采用中國臺灣產(chǎn)1.5KW的電機,100型WPS1:60的減速機,中國臺灣進口愛德利2HP變頻器,變頻無級調(diào)速,線速度0—6M/min可調(diào)。
2. 機身、機架:機架采用50×40鋼管焊接制作而成;機身上下護邊采用130×23老化線**鋁合金型材,護板采用1.5mm的冷板折彎制作而成,支腳配鍍鋅可調(diào)腳杯。
3. 輸送鏈條:采用上海鏈條廠出產(chǎn)的C212一寸雙節(jié)距單則耳雙孔鏈條。每條長約20米。
4. 老化鏈板:采用2mm冷板彎軋成1400×148×18mm,全線共140塊,每塊板裝4套快速燈管**燈管接插頭和燈管卡夾具,燈管接插頭分600mm、900mm、1200mm三種規(guī)格;并配裝6A高分斷小型斷路器;鏈板底部安裝二路導電系統(tǒng)(銅質(zhì)),每路安裝兩個導電塊,每塊板共裝2個。
5. 日產(chǎn)量:本老化線一次可同時老化560套支架,老化時間約為一個小時;每天按工作10小時計算,一天的產(chǎn)量為5600套支架。
6. 導電槽:全線上下各配二路導電槽軌,采用絕緣膠板,裝配不銹鋼導電條。
7. 擋光罩:在線體面上設(shè)擋光護罩,采用有機玻璃板與鋁型材組合而成。有效的衰減節(jié)能燈強光,更好的保護眼睛。
8. 恒溫區(qū):恒溫系統(tǒng)采用電加熱式完成,設(shè)一段兩個2000W/套電熱式發(fā)熱盤,溫度自動恒溫常溫-80℃,數(shù)字溫控指示。
9. 全線電壓區(qū):10KW共4個調(diào)壓器,線體共設(shè)計6個區(qū),調(diào)壓器3個0—250V可調(diào),1個調(diào)壓器0—300V可調(diào)。(具體分布按甲方要求而定)。
10. 電器控制:電壓、溫控指示采用數(shù)字顯示式,整個系統(tǒng)采用PLC控制,調(diào)壓器4個,采用1個配電控柜安裝。在拉身上配急停開關(guān)方便上燈時能即時停止。
11. 機體顏色:全線鏈板黑色噴塑,鋁合金型材為原色,其余為電腦白色。

V. Functional features: This equipment is applicable to various
plants with flow production fsmall-medium size material
conveying. The driving system adopts electromagnetic speed regulation system, which is stable,
secure, convenient quiet.
VI. Materialion Remarks
1. Power: The motors use Hongling Br0.75KW motors manufactured by Jiangmen MotCo.,
Ltd, Yashiba Br70 model 1:40 peed reducer made in Taiwan, Wuzhou Brmagnetic speed
regulatwith stepless speed regulation. Linear speed at 0-2M/min may be regulated freely.
2. Machine body stand: made of 50×40 rectangle steel pipe by welding. Supports are made
with ?25mm galvanized roller, arranged with pitch of 25mm. The stbars are equipped with
galvanized adjustable cells. Machine head tail are made of 1.2mm cold plate, the machine
body is 2m per section.
3. Conveying belt: quality green lightweight conveying PVC belt imported from Holland, 2mm
thick, 500mm wide, total 12m long, which is of seamless thermal shrinkage ring connection.
4. Light stlighting: H-shape light stand, one per 2m, made of 40×20×1.5mm rectangle
steel pipe, 1.26m high, with 2000×50×25×0.8mm coated traceway fconnecting power. The
40W single daylight lamp tube stis used, with one stper 1.4m, arranged along both sides.
5. Worktable: Long worktable of 730×490×730mm, table board made 15mm plywood, affixed
with blue fire-resistant board on face T-shaped plastic edge; supports legs made of
25×25×1.5mm rectangle steel pipe, fixed with galvanized adjustable soles at the bottom. L25mm
angle iron arranged along two sides of machine.
6. Work Power: made of 2000×50×25×0.8mm galvanized traceway, set under the machine belt,
with triphase biphase sockets along two sides (1m/one socket).
7. Operation card: Two operation card stands are set under the light stand, made of H-shape
aluminum guide rail. At each work position is arranged a 300×400×1.5mm transparent glass.
8. Gas pipe: A gas supply pipe is set in thedle of light stand, made of 4cm galvanized water
pipe, with one tap plug per 1m.
